Mondays
January 6 – March 17, 2014 (No Class on January 27th)
10 am
$50/10 week series, $7/single class drop in
No make-ups or refunds for missed classes

You don’t need to be a pretzel to practice yoga! Join us for a weekly 60 minute chair yoga class for people of all levels of experience and ability. Reap the benefits of a regular yoga practice, which can include:

  • Increased flexibility
  • Improved balance
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Calmer emotions
  • Happier outlook on life
  • Overall feeling of well-being

About Stacey: Stacey Beth Shulman, ERYT-500 received her yoga teacher training from Yoganand Michael Carroll in Pranakriya yoga, a variant of the Kripalu tradition.
